Welcome to the Vault RPG store!
This table-top Role Playing Game is designed to combine relatable near-future cyberpunk elements with the mysterious and heroic nature of fantasy. One night you might be working out the details of a bullet train heist and the next hunting down a cult of blood mages.
Players will find fun and flavorful ways to invest in their characters and improve them often. The system is focused on giving players agency both in and out of combat. Game Masters will have tools to keep the focus on their story, run gritty fast-paced fights, and present challenges that force players to think on their feet.

We continue to hear about you all getting your physical copies of Vault delivered and we have a few more topics we want to let all you awesome mercs about for this update.
International Shipping Delays
We have been working closely with our international shipping partner to get these games out to you all at a good price and in a timely manner. However, we have had a ton of issues navigating the specifics with our partner and that means we’ve had hiccups in the process. We had many of our costs we were quoted greatly increase through the movement of the international shipping market.
We are committed to not passing these costs along to you, our backers and supporters, for this campaign but unfortunately we can’t mitigate the delays that have arisen. We apologize for these issues and delays but the good news is that the final group of shipments began their journey on Oct 25th. Digital Update 1.3 is Live
We have been working to add your feedback and notes to improve Vault’s digital releases. We recently published version 1.3 on itch.io. You can download this updated copy using that same link you were provided for your original download. You can find the changelog on the main itch.io page we use to host the Vault digital rulebook (https://team-rex-games.itch.io/vault-rpg-digital-rewards/devlog/807906/vault-rulebook-update-13-is-live). If you have more feedback, questions, or found any rules that need clarification feel free to reach out to our discord community (see linktree link about).
Final Sample Characters Published
The final two premade sample characters Delta and Bard have been published on the main Vault Website (https://www.teamrexgames.com/downloads). These two unique characters add a gear head/drone operator and an agent/doctor to the ranks of our premade team filling out the last two. We, and the backers who designed them, would love for you all to try these two out in your missions and one shots.
This debrief has some solid intel and means we are finally approaching the completed fulfillment of Vault RPG. If you Mercs have any thoughts on what you’d like to see from the Team Rex Team as we begin our work on future projects please reach out and let us know. July + Aug Update: Shipping Beginning Soon

Vault has Landed! Hello you awesome mercs out there welcome to the July and August Vault Update.
Vault will Begin Shipping Soon
Our shipping container has arrived in the US and has made its way to our distributor. We have collected nearly everyone’s addresses and are going to finalize that list with our distributor soon. Then you all can expect your shipments to arrive over the next few weeks depending on geography and a lack of interference from mega-corp AI’s or Fae tricksters.
For our international backers we are working to finalize that shipment and get your pieces on the way to you all as well. We’ll keep you all up to date on that process as we complete it as well.

We have received more great feedback on the Vault Rulebook and we are working to incorporate it into our living ruleset. MAY + JUN Update: Updated Digital Version, Shipping Pricing, & Last Chance to Lock Addresses

Thanks for tuning into the latest Vault News. We have some more important announcements for everyone to dive into below.
Digital Version Update
There was a hiccup in the upload of the original version of the Vault digital release [see Vault Roleplaying Game Digital Edition by Team Rex Games]. We had missed including the Hacking system cards along with the download. This has been updated and fixed and now your info rippers can get their paws on all the hacking action. Please use your download link that was emailed to you from Itch.io to redownload the updated files for free, and feel free to reach out to us if you cannot find your link.
We are committed to updating and curating the digital version of Vault as a living document as we receive feedback and find places our testing didn’t hit on. We want to have Vault grow with its community and are always looking for your feedback so don’t hesitate to message us if you see something that looks or plays wrong.
Shipping Pricing & Lock Addresses Soon
We’ll be sending all of our physical goods backers an email to let them know the price of shipping and the status of any duties your country may impose. Watch out for this email soon, and shortly after we’ll be locking addresses and billing the cards on file. This will let us get shipping started as soon as your rewards arrive at our distribution center. If you have concerns about your shipping address and have questions please reach out.

We’ve worked to keep these as low as we can without impacting the reliability of the actual shipment. If you experience any issues with the Backerkit system, feel free to reach out to the Team Rex Games team for assistance. Finally, if we have issues running the card you have on file for the shipping we’ll reach out to your email we have on file from your KS or BK pledge. Getting these issues sorted out early will also help you get your copy asap.

Vault Production is Complete!
We are thrilled to share that the physical rewards for Vault have finished production! The World Shaper Boxsets and Rulebooks are complete and hot off the presses! Below is a photo of all of your rewards stacked up at the factory!

Shipping Prep
Last note we have for today’s update is that with the completion of the boxsets we are now working on the final piece of the puzzle, shipping. We are searching out quotes for the most reasonable shipping pricing for everyone including our international backers. We’ll follow up with a further update on this step as soon as we can lock in the right company for us to work with.
You all should start seeing emails or notifications from Backerkit on your exact shipping prices a little later this month, but the TRG team has worked hard to ensure all of Vault’s backers are getting really reasonable pricing.
Vault is “Springing” into action soon and we are hoping to begin distribution in roughly 2 months after our shipment arrives at the distributor and we can’t wait for you all to get your hands on it!

Hello again Mercs! We’ve been away for a bit getting some needed R&R as a team. Lots of life events have popped up for the team but we haven’t been idle. For those of you who saw this message was going out last night on our discord, sorry, I had to bump it a day. Backerkit and alternative supporter’s Digital Rewards have been sent
If you made a pre-order purchase on Backerkit for the Digital Rewards or if you had a digital reward pledged for you those download links have been sent out. Let us know if you have any issues with receiving your digital copy.
Digital Version Updates
As we continue to evolve our ruleset and receive feedback from folks playing Vault we are committed to keep updating the digital Vault rulebook as a living document [Our Itch.IO page for the Vault Digital goods]. We made some updates in late December and will be performing another update in the semi-near future. If you didn’t download your updated version yet you can still use your personal download link that was emailed to you to get the new version too.
We are moving to PRODUCTION!
I said we hadn’t been idle, and here is a huge update! We have finalized our proof with our manufacturer and they will be beginning production very soon! So all of the wonderful cards, books, screens, and other Vault tools will be getting put together. This is a huge dream come true for the team and we wouldn’t be here without all of your support. We believe that we should have all of our copies produced by the end of March or beginning of April.

We are still working on the fulfillment side of the equation. We appreciate your patience as we navigate all of these hurdles for the first time as a team. Our exact fulfillment and shipping costs are still being figured out but our aim is to distribute to you at the best price we can accomplish without cutting corners.
Other Updates
We are still finalizing the sample characters to go on our website and be available to download as examples. Our free starter adventure is also in the works and will be a great diving off point for a team of fresh mercs and new players.
